2010 PROJECT GRADUATION REGISTRATION FORMS

Don't miss out on this event. This may be the last opportunity that you will have to see and celebrate with your fellow classmates. Complete all forms and send in with full payment of $210 (check payable to KHSA 2010PG) to the Kalani High Office before May 7, 2010. PLEASE DO NOT WAIT TO THE LAST MINUTE. We encourage signing up NOW due to our requirement for deposits and shirt/short orders. We would like every participant to have the correct sizes, but cannot guarantee it for those signing up close to the deadline. We WILL NOT accept any late sign ups after May 7, 2010. Questions?
